Greetings — Get to know me

This article is a little bit about who I am and what I do. Nice to meet you and I hope you enjoy!

This is a Herzog train I caught coming through town a few weeks back. Also my first time ever seeing one up close. Such a different car from what normally comes through!

Hello, My name is Carter. I am 22 years old and from a smaller town right outside Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, I stay not far from the city and work full time as a purchasing manager. In my off time I am normally wandering outdoors/traveling to a new place, taking photos (I am a beginner so be ready to see my journey with photography!), or looking for a new graffiti piece or train line to sit and watch and recently found a new itch for antiquing thanks to my lovely girlfriend.

In the future I will be sharing my insights and stories on intriguing graffiti I find across the country both street and freight writings, photos from my travels and the gear I use to capture, and my journey through photography. I have also recently became a “Train Buff” (a person who is recreationally interested in trains and rail transport systems) so I may geek out over some train antiques I find along the way as well!

Pictured above are writers Even, Seimer, Koast, Dimer, Rasko, Teth, Orbis, Jouer, Strange. Photos 5 and 6 are a few monikers (a moniker is another way for an artist to tag their name normally referring to a story or moment in time with others) I found on the other side of the Rasko Freight. I Could never find much on the 6th photo but the 5th is from known crews REM and CFS.

The picture on the left was taken right before my close friend Donavan his tire popped in the middle of nowhere. On the right you see him kicking some dust up at the Alvord Desert in Oregon. Thank you for meeting up with me on this trip!

The picture of the squirrel was taken about 10 minutes from where I lived in NorCal at one of my favorite spots on the Yuba River.

These are all from my 2 month long road trip I recently took. Some of the places pictured above include Idaho, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Northern California. Thank you Elijah RHA | @elijahmakesphotos for opening the door to photography and pushing me to get on this platform.
